Rasida Manno, a seasoned real estate professional whose journey in the industry has been influenced by her unique background and passion for discovering new spaces. Originally from the picturesque Caribbean Island of Barbados, she has also lived in New Jersey and Florida. However, Rasida found her home in Dunwoody, Georgia, where she has resided since 1997.  

Rasida first began her sales career just over 25 years ago, initially working in hospitality sales. She first began her real estate career here in Atlanta working in commercial real estate leasing properties before transitioning to other roles in sales. Her shift to residential was driven by a genuine love for building connections with people and her love of the community. 

Driven by the pursuit of success, Rasida finds fulfillment in knowing that she has contributed to her clients’ happiness, witnessing the satisfaction reflected on their faces. Every day, she eagerly awaits the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of those she serves. 

Beyond her professional endeavors, Rasida is a former horseback rider and show jumper, with her love of horses giving her an appreciation for the outdoors. She now enjoys long walks around Dunwoody. She cherishes her Sunday nights where she enjoys cooking with her family and catching up on their lives. 

Erin has been active in the Atlanta residential real estate market for over 16 years. She is a great listener and will ask all the right questions to find your next home. Using her Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems, Erin’s clients have always admired her impeccable knowledge of the area market and trends. Being raised in a military family, Erin moved around a lot as a child. This taught her how important finding the right home means to others.

Andrew Dennis is all about solving your problems and making your transaction as seamless as possible. A native of Kentucky but a true Georgian at heart, Andrew has been selling homes in the Atlanta Area since 2015. Andrew went to school in West Virginia at Glanville State where he earned his degree in Business Administration. He then took his career to Costa Rica to begin his real estate profession. Andrew lives in Dunwoody with his wife and newborn, spending his free time riding his bike or playing tennis.

As the broker of Karen Cannon Realtors, Anderson is the company expert on real estate contracts and oversees escrow accounts and daily operations. He ensures the company and agents are always compliant with Georgia real estate law, follows the rules and standards set forth by the Georgia Real Estate Commission, and abides by the National Association of Realtors Code of Ethics.

Anderson also continues to strengthen the business by implementing and overseeing new technologies that further client service and company efficiency.

His passion for design, coupled with his experience in home renovation, initially led to a joint venture in real estate investing. Though the initial plan was for Karen to sell these homes, the couple realized the advantage they could offer clients by combining their areas of expertise and formed Karen Cannon Realtors.

In his free time, Anderson enjoys boating and spending time with his family. He is a former competitive water skier and is known throughout his neighborhood as a master griller.
