If you are listing a home in the greater Dunwoody area, call them first. The whole process was highly professional – from all the prep-coaching to the sturdy and attractive yard sign to the supporting listing/materials. Andrew really stood out in his friendly willingness to assist with logistics, such as identifying a move-out cleaner or finding a last-minute home for an air hockey table and bedroom set the buyers did not want.
