As the broker of Karen Cannon Realtors, Anderson is the company expert on real estate contracts and oversees escrow accounts and daily operations. He ensures the company and agents are always compliant with Georgia real estate law, follows the rules and standards set forth by the Georgia Real Estate Commission, and abides by the National Association of Realtors Code of Ethics.

Anderson also continues to strengthen the business by implementing and overseeing new technologies that further client service and company efficiency.

His passion for design, coupled with his experience in home renovation, initially led to a joint venture in real estate investing. Though the initial plan was for Karen to sell these homes, the couple realized the advantage they could offer clients by combining their areas of expertise and formed Karen Cannon Realtors.

In his free time, Anderson enjoys boating and spending time with his family. He is a former competitive water skier and is known throughout his neighborhood as a master griller.
