Brittany Lyons spent nearly 12 years in real estate before stepping back to focus on raising her kids. Now, as a referring agent, she stays deeply connected to the market, using her strong community ties to help our clients and our team. Living in Dunwoody and being actively involved in her kids’ activities has given her a strong network, and she loves using those connections to help match people with the right homes.

Before real estate, Brittany worked in recruiting, sales, and management, which helped her understand how to work with all kinds of people. She’s energetic, trustworthy, and always looking out for the best interests of those she helps. While she’s not actively selling right now, she’s still passionate about making connections and guiding people to the right resources.

Outside of work, Brittany is always on the go—whether it’s playing tennis, planning events, or getting crafty. She’s heavily involved in her community, from PTO roles to local organizations like Giving Grace and MOMco. And when she’s not busy with all of that, you’ll probably find her with her kids, soaking up family time.

Originally from South Africa and having spent many years in the UK, Guy has called Sandy Springs, Georgia, home for the past decade. While many know him from his role as Chief Growth Officer at the Perimeter Chamber, he has also developed a passion for real estate, leveraging his extensive sales and business development background to better serve his community.

With over 25 years of experience, Guy brings a deep expertise in helping clients achieve their goals. His entrepreneurial spirit led him to real estate, starting with a large brokerage before joining Karen Cannon Realtors to focus more closely on his local neighborhood.

When he’s not working, Guy enjoys spending quality time with his family—two of his children are still at home, one attends the University of Georgia, and another lives abroad. Whether it’s sports, traveling, or grilling, he and his family always find ways to enjoy life together.

Erin has been active in the Atlanta residential real estate market for over 16 years. She is a great listener and will ask all the right questions to find your next home. Using her Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems, Erin’s clients have always admired her impeccable knowledge of the area market and trends. Being raised in a military family, Erin moved around a lot as a child. This taught her how important finding the right home means to others.

Andrew Dennis is all about solving your problems and making your transaction as seamless as possible. A native of Kentucky but a true Georgian at heart, Andrew has been selling homes in the Atlanta Area since 2015. Andrew went to school in West Virginia at Glanville State where he earned his degree in Business Administration. He then took his career to Costa Rica to begin his real estate profession. Andrew lives in Dunwoody with his wife and newborn, spending his free time riding his bike or playing tennis.
