Andrew Dennis is fantastic - the all around most helpful realtor ever! The combination of Andrew and Karen Cannon Realtors led to my best ever home selling experience. If you are listing a home in the greater Dunwoody area, call them first. The whole process was highly professional - from all the prep-coaching to the sturdy and attractive yard sign to the supporting listing/materials. Andrew really stood out in his friendly willingness to assist with logistics, such as identifying a move out cleaner or finding a last minute home for an air hockey table and bedroom set the buyers did not want. That's usual - and as I had already moved out of town - really helpful. Highly recommend!

Absolutely amazing!!! Paige is definitely a high achiever. Especially in todays market where houses are going at lightening speeds, Paige was always on top of every listing and offer we wanted to make. We valued her expertise in helping us make reasonable offers and being able to compare what other similar houses were going for. She ensured all our closing inspections and process went smoothly. She is definitely someone who we will be using again in the future. Highly recommend

Paige Holliman at Karen Cannon is a rockstar! She helped me buy my first house several years ago and was the first person I reached out to when I was ready to sell. She made the process absolutely seamless. I had so many questions and bothered her at all hours of the day and night and she was there every single step of the way. She got my house sold for over asking before it even hit the market and worked hard to stick to my timeline to make sure my move was as smooth as possible. Paige honestly has become a friend through it all and if I could have taken her with me to house hunt in my new state, I would have! Seriously, if you need someone who will get stuff done and fight for you, Paige is your girl. Thank you, Paige!!

Sabrina McDonald, our agent, listened to what to what my husband and I wanted in our dream home. It was what my friends called a “unicorn”. But she found it for us as well as sold our home in record time. I would not hesitate to use Sabrina with Karen Cannon Realtors again. I love my new home!!!!

The KAREN CANNON Realtors team helped sell my house with amazing speed and at a more than asking price. Karen herself was a consummate professional and an absolute pleasure to work with. She guided me through the preparation of my 19-year-old property, pinpointed specific critical areas where fixing up was required to meet the expectations of prospective buyers without going overboard with nice-to-do improvements. The KC Realtors also helped with referrals to reliable handyman jobbers, cleaners, and photographer to ready the house for listing and marketing. The multiple listings presented my house in its best condition and look despite its age. The end result spoke volumes; my house was sold within 3 days. In addition, Karen recommended Weissman Law’s “ClosingConnect” online platform to manage the closing process; it was executed with precision, even enabled a virtual closing on my part. Working through the KC Realtors to sell my house has been a reassuring and profitable experience, I would gladly refer others to this competent firm.

Karen and Dennis were awesome to work with. They guided me through every process when I sold my home and helped me get above listing price. Everything went smooth and transparent. Highly recommend them. Thank you both so much.

Thank you Karen and team for helping to sell my Mom’s house in Dunwoody! It was great working with someone who knows the area and could help navigate us through the process. We are very happy that the house sold within a week!

We worked with Karen and her team to purchase a house remotely. My wife and I were living in California at the time, and I was getting ready to deploy with the military. Karen helped us through the whole process! She has a good eye for details, was meticulous in her taste, but also seemed to have a good ability to cater to what we were looking for. She worked closely with the inspectors, our mortgage broker for a VA loan, and the seller’s agent, and worked with our power of attorney so that we could close while out of state. Perhaps most importantly, she got us the house we wanted in a competitive market and was able to negotiate a seller rebate. If we had to do it all over again, we would definitely choose her again and again! 5 Stars!

I worked with Paige at Karen Cannon Realtors to sell my condo; she had a great insight on what little things to do to help it look great and sell, brought in a photographer who was able to capture the best the condo had to offer, and researched the bids that came in to recommend a best approach (keeping an eye out for things that might complicate a sale).

Paige was a tremendous advocate for me, and she can be the same for you!

Working with the Karen Cannon team and Paige Holliman in particular was the absolute best decision my family made this year! We made a huge decision to move from NYC to Atlanta (Sandy Springs area, specifically) and with that decision came many questions, anxieties, and - given we were so far away! - a real need for a trusted partner. Paige far exceeded absolutely all of our expectations and now that we've closed on our home, I'm happy to say she'll remain a friend. Paige was incredibly responsive, did so much work upfront to understand our family's needs and wants in a property, was the picture of professional throughout every interaction, and it was so clear how much she really just wanted to support and guide us in making the right decision for our family. I'll never forget when we were debating a particular decision she said, "I want you to get a house you're happy with no matter what. I want to be friends after this and come over, have you over for dinner." That spoke volumes to me - it's so hard to find someone who you know really has your best interests at hear and Paige is 10000% that person. We found an amazing home, learned so much along the way, and have already recommended the KC team to family looking to buy in the Orlando area. Thank you so much Paige for making our first time home buying experience one to remember!!
