Paige Holliman was amazing through the whole home buying process. She is super knowledgeable, patient, and responsive. All things my husband and I greatly appreciated as first time homebuyers. We knew nothing walking in, and she coached us through the process and held our hands (not literally, COVID) through the waiting and discovery periods. She gave honest advice and built great trust with us. I highly recommend Paige. She helped us find and close on the perfect home for us.

The Karen Cannon Realty team was fantastic to work with. They made buying and selling our home super easy and stress free. Selling a home during a pandemic isn’t easy but Karen and the team took every precaution and made everyone feel safe. We would highly recommend them to anyone wanting to buy or sell their home. First class!

Paige was amazing to work with! She is very knowledgeable and was very responsive to any needs. She helped us through every step of the purchase of our new house and the sale of our old house. She knows Dunwoody and priced our house so that we got a full price offer. We highly recommend her!

I cannot recommend Karen Cannon Realtors enough. We did a lot of research prior to listing our home. I spent a lot of time looking at local realtor's social media presence and listings. We had already purchased our new home and in doing so, spent a lot of time on realtor.com. After spending so much time looking at listings, I came to appreciate the detailed, professional listings that really stood out. Karen's listings draw the buyer in. I also saw her large real estate signs throughout Dunwoody regularly knew that she could sell our home. We decided to go with Karen and could not had been more pleased. Her photographer took pictures that made our house look amazing, including beautiful twilight photos highlighting the backyard. These pictures were of better quality than many houses listed for much more. She also has a 3D/ dollhouse view camera, which is very important in the time of COVID, so that buyers can have a virtual tour and really know if the house could be a good fit without actually stepping foot in your home. She paid for and provided a home stager which got our house ready for the pictures and showings. The mobile APP that was used to schedule showings was very easy to use with real-time feedback from the prospective buyers. We knew that her house was competitively priced and showed well but we still obtained very useful feedback from this app. She even had possible buyers lined up before we even listed as other realtors regularly contact her when they have buyers looking in Dunwoody/Sandy Springs area. Our home sold in less than 2 weeks near asking price. Karen came to closing and helped immensely with the inspection process. Her team was prompt to respond to questions and very attentive. While they are a "team", I was always able to directly text Karen with any concerns or problems. Even after closing, I had some questions and she immediately responded. Again I cannot recommend this company more and will always use them for any real estate needs.

Karen and her team went above and beyond to get our house listed and under contract within days. It truly was an exceptional process and don’t think any realtor could have gotten our house sold so fast. Karen’s excellent knowledge of the local market is a testament in the success of selling our home and target price.

My recent experience with Karen Cannon Realtors was very positive. My home sold in less than 2 days at a price above asking. Karen places a lot of emphasis on properly preparing the home for market with professional staging coupled with excellent use of marketing materials. She has tremendous knowledge of the local market and what sells homes. In my opinion, there is not a better agent or agency in the Dunwoody/Sandy Springs area than Karen Cannon.

Karen and her associates were helpful from the beginning of the process through the closing. They made suggestions to get the house ready to sale. While on the market they provided feedback from people looking at the house. Statistics comparing similar houses in the area were provided frequently. Karen or Jackson were always available to answer our questions.

Karen and her team recently sold my home. In typical times, selling a home can be stressful and tedious, but we are not in typical times. Given the extreme variables of a major personal life change; international relocation; and global pandemic…any of which, alone, could upend a real estate transaction…Karen and her team needed to manage all simultaneously. The preparation, listing, showings and offers/negotiations were all handled timely by Karen and her team. I appreciated her professionalism and candor throughout the process. I would recommend her and her team, for the most straightforward through to the most complex situations, to manage your real estate transaction needs.

I have used Karen twice, most recently in 2019. Karen and Anderson gave sound advice and helped me make good decisions. She knows the market, and she is responsive. I heartily recommend Karen Cannon Realtors.

After months of researching options to list our property, we chose Karen Cannon and Team. Karen’s immediate responsiveness and attention to detail were key contributing factors. As we got to know Karen though, her values and work ethic reinforced our decision each day. Even during the COVID-19 shelter-in-place orders, Karen and Team stayed focused and exemplified leadership during this crisis.

Bottom line, it’s about branding. Karen Cannon (and team) go the extra mile because it’s HER name on the sign – not a national chain or other agency.
