Working with Karen Cannon Realtors team on the sale of our home has been an extremely positive and PROFESSIONAL experience. Karen and her team are excellent communicators and provided the necessary level of support and guidance throughout the listing, showing, and negotiations experiences. Kudos also to Karen Cannon Realtors for the effective use of current administrative technology, which made the entire end to end real estate transaction process very streamlined for us.If you are looking for individuals and a team who have experience in working with clients in unprecedented environments, and are PROFESSIONAL in their interactions with others, you must select Karen Cannon Realtors for your sale (or purchase).

Paige recently helped us sell a home, and I can honestly say that she made the entire process seamless! As an out-of-town seller, we weren’t able to handle many tasks in person, so it was a huge relief to have someone we trusted taking care of things in our absence. She provided service above and beyond what we expected. Extremely responsive and always available to answer any of our questions, Paige provided all the support we needed and then some! Her experience, advice, and attention to detail were invaluable during the entire listing and sale process, and we cannot recommend her enough.

My partner and I were first time home buyers, and despite the tough buyer situation in 2022, we managed to find our perfect home!

Big thanks to Andrew Dennis. He was very professional, responsive, and was happy to explain the process clearly to us. I have no doubt that it was his professional knowledge that got us to where we are today. We will be in contact with Andrew and Karen Cannon Realtors again in the future to move on whenever that may be!

Paige was excellent in our long search for our first home. She was very informative through all steps in the process, and ultimately directed us toward the home we fell in love with! Highly recommend if you’re looking for a great, honest realtor!

Karen Cannon and her team are just wonderful! We sold our home with questions answered quickly, guidance offered honestly and assistance throughout given freely with confidence. Karen is a neighbor that cares for Dunwoody- it's past and future, and I know will continue to be a great resource to anyone looking to sell or buy in this area, or any Atlanta area! Her team is efficient, friendly, helpful and genuinely concerned for all involved in the process of selling. We recommend Karen and her company and thank her for all her help.
Also, two people that work with Karen that we have grown very fond of and recommend highly along with Karen is Meagan, assistant to Karen, and Andrew Dennis, fellow agent. Meagan never failed to follow through on our many questions and we had many! Andrew Dennis is a rock star real estate agent! He is truly thoughtful and caring, with a heart of gold, and a real estate agent in this group that I recommend to anyone selling or buying without hesitation! We have used Andrew Dennis in the past to buy and sell and Karen is lucky to have him join her company!
Karen Cannon Realtors exceeded all our expectations from beginning talks to a smooth closing!

Karen Cannon Realtors has sold a home for us and helped us buy one and I can't say enough good things about their professionalism and market knowledge. We recently worked with Paige Holliman, and she was terrific! She came prepared when we met, already having pulled comps and familiar with the area (Brookhaven all the way to the other side of Buckhead). She was very patient and calm and proved a good advisor to bounce things off of. We were very pleased with all of our interactions. Highly recommended Paige, Karen, and the whole crew!

Karen is top notch the best around to help market and sell a home. Karen and Meagan went above and beyond to help us buy and sell in 2021. They are always super responsive and even helped us in organizing staging company for our home. We sold without really having to go to market, which took a lot of pressure off. We would recommend Karen and her team to anyone! Thank you all for everything!

Bottom line is that you need use Sabrina McDonald if you are looking for a realtor who can get the job done in the most competitive markets. She is knowledgeable of the Atlanta market and outworked every other agent we encountered. Sabrina does an incredible job of understanding your goals/dreams and finding the perfect house that works for you. She is professional in handling your home search and was always available to answer any questions. It was clear to us that Sabrina has a passion for helping her clients find the right homes. Sabrina McDonald is the realtor you need to ensure you find that perfect home you have been looking for. If you need more proof, you can read our story below.

We moved from out of state to Atlanta at the height of the most competitive real estate markets in recent history. Due to being out of state, we had to rely on our realtor more than ever. Houses in Atlanta were difficult to find and even more difficult to win, if we were even able to get an offer submitted. When we started our search, we originally had a different agent than Sabrina. I knew that getting a good agent was important, but had no idea how much of a difference it could make until we found Sabrina. Our first agent was somewhat helpful, but we were having a hard time even getting a chance to see houses or make offers. Eventually we switched to Sabrina and she made such a difference in our home search. From the very beginning Sabrina was quick to help us figure out what things were important to us while simultaneously identifying several areas for us to start looking in. She was very receptive to our needs and was always available to answer questions about any neighborhoods. If there was a neighborhood that Sabrina wasn’t familiar with, she had already driven through it before we even had questions. Once we identified some areas to consider, Sabrina was quick to identify possible houses on the market and coming soon. She also did several video walk throughs when we were not able to get in town to look at the house. On several occasions, Sabrina got into houses to do video walkthroughs when there were no more showings available. With each house, Sabrina was quick to explain what it might take to submit a winning offer when we were against such extreme competition. She made sure we were prepared to compete with the best. Ultimately, Sabrina helped us find the perfect house for our family in a great area. She helped us beat a multitude of other offers on a house that had 50 showings in 48 hours. It was Sabrina’s knowledge, guidance, and hustle that made all the difference.

We purchased our fist home through Karen Cannon, and thanks to her, we likely won't be moving out of it for decades to come! It really is our dream home, and we grow to love it even more each year. My husband and I had different ideas of what we wanted in a house, and she was able to help us find a home that checked most of the boxes on our list, without much compromise from either of us. She worked closely with the builder during the negotiating process to make sure that we got the best deal, and helped us to understand what was a fair and reasonable ask from our end. She was also a terrific resource for us when it came to securing a mortgage.

She is a very well-respected member of the Dunwoody community and makes and really keeps her finger on the pulse of what is going on in the area. Since we've purchased our home, we've never hesitated to reach out to Karen with any questions we have about our home, and she is always quick to help with a reply. She is knowledgeable, professional, friendly and makes you feel like family. She has a wonderful network of colleagues, and is a trusted source for any recommendations.

Karen and her team also make an effort to keep buyers feeling like part of the family well beyond their point of purchase. We purchased our home six years ago, and we still feel like an integral part of her business. The whole team is welcoming and Karen does a fantastic job of staying in touch with her clients. It's really nice to see how invested she is in our family.

We'd highly recommend Karen and her team to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!
