I have admired Karen Cannon properties over the years and was excited to interview Karen as a potential agent. She was extremely prepared and presented herself and company terrifically. She, by a large margin out performed other agents.

The process was as expected(high expectations). Top notch vendors to clean up some small details on our property and a designer to move/add some furniture so flow was optimized. Everyone we dealt with was an A+. Karens vendor rolodex is a true asset.
Pictures as well as the 3D tour were top tier professional quality and significantly more complete and detailed then other realtors who offered similar services.
We had two offers pretty quickly and our townhome sold for full list in 3 weeks. We closed and we’re done and done within 8 weeks of list. We had moved out of state so this was/is incredibly helpful. Other properties on our block are still sitting.
We are very happy with our experience with Karen Cannon. There was a detail that got away from one of the junior agents but Karen and Anderson rectified that in the A+ fashion that they seem to operate with daily. I would recommend to family and friends. I don’t generally take the time to do this, but wanted to because this is a well-deserved review/recommendation. Karen thoroughly understands that there are many houses competing for attention and makes yours stand out among many. She cuts no corners and treats selling your home like a professional. Its very logical, but easier said then done. Her word is actually worth a lot. Her photographs are top notch. Her video tour is top-notch. Her business cards are top notch. Her stager is top notch. Even her sign is top-notch (two neighbors even commented on how nice our sign was!) Karen also understands that there are many many real estate agents competing for your attention. Her office is beyond responsive. They are very professional and on top of everything. She is responsive by email. She is responsive by text. She is responsive by phone. There are so many discount brokers and people offering deals and so many people doing this on their own but Karen earned every cent of her commission and put a lot of time energy and costs into the sale of our house which was quick and painless (probably because she put so much hard work time and energy into getting it ready to be marketed). We would absolutely recommend her to anyone wanting someone who is a complete professional and treats the sale of a home like a absolute serious and huge undertaking. Wish I could give more than 5 stars.

We recently relocated to the Atlanta area from California. On the recommendation of family in the area we reached out to Karen Cannon for assistance in finding what we hope will be our forever home. Karen connected us with one of their associates, Traci Wilensky.

With only a few days’ notice, we tasked Traci with identifying viable properties and scheduling two days of showings in the Sandy Springs area. I flew in for 48 hours, we did a real estate marathon and found the perfect house and made an offer. Traci's knowledge of the area, advance prep and negotiating skills made for incredibly productive 48 hours!

While we were very impressed by the front-end work and negotiating tactics, we continued to be impressed by the overall support we received from time of offer until closing.
