I knew that as soon as our contract with the old realtor expired, I’d be re-listing only with Karen, and she’d also be the only agent to help us get into our new Dunwoody home. Best decision. Her entire team was top-notch to work with from start to finish. Our home to be listed was expertly staged, then beautifully photographed and filmed for her amazing 3D virtual tour. Marketing materials were then delivered and strategically placed throughout our home. The showing process was so organized through the app, so I was always in the loop with scheduling showings (a LIFESAVER when trying to show our home with two toddlers running around the place). Karen and Anderson helped us negotiate a rent-back deal with our buyer that allowed us to close on the sale of our home and then stay in the home for another 2 months while we renovated our new home! We weren’t as concerned about the price as we were with selling our home and moving on. We had just purchased another home in Charleston, SC. We had only listed our home with Karen for 3 weeks and she had a solid offer. Karen was an expert in negotiations and writing the contracts. She is truly a professional who knows and understands how the real estate market works for both the seller and buyer. She has immediate responses to any questions you may have and she has a full time staff who at any time are ready to help you 24/7. I know this first hand because whenever I was out of town and a certain task had to be handled at my home, Karen and/or one of her assistants would immediately respond and take care of it. Lastly, her negotiation skills are excellent!
