Bill and I would highly recommend Karen Cannon as she is the best realtor we have ever had. She is truly a professional who knows and understands how the real estate market works for both the seller and buyer. She has immediate responses to any questions you may have and she has a full time staff who at any time are ready to help you 24/7. I know this first hand because whenever I was out of town and a certain task had to be handled at my home, Karen and/or one of her assistants would immediately respond and take care of it. Lastly, her negotiation skills are excellent!

Karen and her team helped us throughout the entire process with no issues and handled all requirements. They helped with negotiations, contract, painters, all aesthetic needs. This is a great team.

Karen and her entire team were extremely professional and knowledgeable. They all made the experience so easy for us that I wouldn’t consider using anyone else in the future. Karen priced our house perfectly, and it sold in 4 days. Thank you to Karen and the whole team for doing such an excellent job!!

What a great experience working with the Karen Cannon Team! From selling my home to the purchase and closing of my new one, they handled all of the details and took the worry out of big decisions. Make it easy – go with a team in the know.

Karen was very knowledgeable about the neighborhood and I appreciated having her insight into the area when selling my home. She came in and made great observations on how to stage the home for selling. She adjusted the price to reflect what the market value was and it sold relatively fast. She provided great customer service and was responsive to all my questions and concerns.

We used Karen to both buy our new house and sell our old house. Karen and her team did fantastic jobs on both fronts. She was able to negotiate well below asking on the house we ended up buying. She knows Dunwoody extremely well and if you are thinking about selling, speak to her before listing. We went live on a Thursday before a holiday and were under contract on Monday for above asking with multiple offers.

When you sign on to work with Karen Cannon, you get Karen AND her amazing team of experienced professionals. We listed our home while we were living remotely and relied on Karen’s team to handle everything – service calls, maintenance work, showing prep, and all of the little things that require a ‘presence’ at the house to ensure all is in good order and ready for showings. Without the assistance of this team and their stellar customer service, we would not have been able to manage the sale remotely. The efforts of Executive Assistant Ana Elias were especially helpful. Every request we made was cheerfully and efficiently handled by Ana, which gave us tremendous peace of mind. During due diligence negotiation, we also came to know and appreciate the expertise of Anderson Cannon, Karen’s Broker, who offered sound advice and guidance which quickly lead to a mutually satisfactory outcome. When all was said and done, it was the positive, can-do attitudes and stellar customer service of Karen Cannon and her team that left a lasting impression. We can recommend the services of Karen Cannon and her team without reservation.

Karen and her team were extremely helpful through out our entire selling and buying process. She was spot on in her listing price suggestion as we had multiple offers in less than 24 hours of listing. Her team was great in getting the right vendors and helping us to prioritize things we needed to do before the sale of our house. All in all they were amazing to work with and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell.

Karen and her team have helped us with three different transactions. Karen has a great system and was able to quickly secure a buyer. Karen also found us a wonderful home in Dunwoody.

I have admired Karen Cannon properties over the years and was excited to interview Karen as a potential agent. She was extremely prepared and presented herself and company terrifically. She, by a large margin out performed other agents.

The process was as expected(high expectations). Top notch vendors to clean up some small details on our property and a designer to move/add some furniture so flow was optimized. Everyone we dealt with was an A+. Karens vendor rolodex is a true asset.
Pictures as well as the 3D tour were top tier professional quality and significantly more complete and detailed then other realtors who offered similar services.
We had two offers pretty quickly and our townhome sold for full list in 3 weeks. We closed and we’re done and done within 8 weeks of list. We had moved out of state so this was/is incredibly helpful. Other properties on our block are still sitting.
We are very happy with our experience with Karen Cannon. There was a detail that got away from one of the junior agents but Karen and Anderson rectified that in the A+ fashion that they seem to operate with daily. I would recommend to family and friends. Best wishes KCR. Thank you for your expertise and help! It was a pleasure.
