We recently relocated to the Atlanta area from California. On the recommendation of family in the area we reached out to Karen Cannon for assistance in finding what we hope will be our forever home. Karen connected us with one of their associates, Traci Wilensky.

With only a few days’ notice, we tasked Traci with identifying viable properties and scheduling two days of showings in the Sandy Springs area. I flew in for 48 hours, we did a real estate marathon and found the perfect house and made an offer. Traci's knowledge of the area, advance prep and negotiating skills made for incredibly productive 48 hours!

While we were very impressed by the front-end work and negotiating tactics, we continued to be impressed by the overall support we received from time of offer until closing. Due to our out of state status during the purchase to closing period, we relied heavily on Traci and the Karen Cannon team to assist with various inspections and follow-up items.
