As an Atlanta native, who has practiced real estate law in Atlanta for almost four decades, I have worked with many real estate brokers and agents. Robin and Karen were wonderful: professional, knowledgeable, tactful and diplomatic, but firm and assertive when need be.

They understand what it takes to sell a home in today’s difficult market environment. They offer an unbeatable combination of high tech and low tech: they get maximum use of the Web and provide regular activity feedback, but they also can arrange pre-inspection or appraisal and necessary repairs and staging.

It has been over 2 years since you helped us find our first home as a newlywed couple and as we are beginning another home project, the kitchen, being the largest project yet, we reflected on those many long days of driving around searching for our home and wanted to take the time to thank you.

My wife and I hired Karen Cannon Realtors as our realtor to purchase a house in Dunwoody. They were hard workers who were always responsive and accessible to us. They made good suggestions after LISTENING to what my wife and I wanted. They focused on what was best for us. My wife and I bid on a house we loved and, unfortunately, we were outbid. When that bid was not accepted, we got back to work looking for other properties the next morning. They also suggested making a backup/secondary offer on the house we loved.

I did not see much point in making that offer but followed their advice. I am glad we did! The first deal fell through. My wife and I ended up purchasing a house we both love for a price equal to our initial bid on the house. That bid was slightly less than what we would have offered, and the deal went through. Not only did they give that advice and follow through, they worked hard to help us resolve all the “nitty gritty” after inspection. There were no big issues, and our sellers were honest and above board. At the same time, there were a few issues which had to be examined and resolved. They were at the house, when necessary, to meet with me, my wife, or a subcontractor and allow the deal to get closed in a way that was satisfactory to all parties.

My wife and I found Karen Cannon Realtors to be honest, hard working and knowledgeable. If you want those attributes in your broker, they are your choice.

I will also add that in dealing with Karen Cannon personally, and with other employees of the company, everyone was friendly, responsive and intelligent. When I first called the company after being referred to her by a friend, Karen answered personally and immediately made time to discuss our situation and desires in detail. Karen referred us to agent within the company. The professionalism and work ethic I saw in every employee starts at the top with Karen Cannon.
