Karen’s entire team is extremely professional, from the beautiful marketing materials they created to sell my home to advising during the inspection process to handling all of the details of the closing. Karen was able to find a buyer for my home quickly and when I found the place I wanted to buy, Karen’s aggressive yet approachable style helped me come out on top of a multiple-bid situation. Plus, Karen and Anderson are just a pleasure to work with. They are extremely knowledgeable, responsive, honest and fun!

We were searching for “that one house” for over a year and had Karen and her team on the hunt. They were very professional and their tenacity with their “never-give-up” attitude was impressive. When we decided that we would concentrate our home search on Dunwoody, there was no question that we would select Karen and Anderson to represent us as buyers agents. Their knowledge of the neighborhoods and house values is unequaled. In fact, Karen wouldn’t even let us tour a house that she felt was overpriced – even though it was in our price range! We so appreciated her looking out for our best interests by not letting us overpay for a house that didn’t warrant a premium. As it turns out, we bought that house, but only after the price dropped and Karen negotiated a fair price considering the age and condition of the home. We’ve been very happy in this house for the last 6 years!
