We’ve used Karen Cannon for multiple sales and a purchase. We continue to use her because she is incredibly buttoned up when it came to positioning our house for sale and knowing the marketplace. Her use of a pre-inspection and house stager were invaluable to our sale of our last house. We were under contract within 2 weeks and that was in April of 2008, not the strongest marketplace for real estate.

When it came to purchase, Karen was very patient and helpful in finding the right house for us. We were under a tight timeframe to find a home and we selected Karen and Anderson as our agents because of their in-depth knowledge and experience in the Dunwoody market. They worked patiently and tediously on a contract that eventually fell through and then repeated that process on the home that we purchased.
