Karen recently helped to sell our house – we really enjoyed working with her, Anderson and the team at KCR! Karen knows the market very well and deftly navigates any issues that come up during the selling process. We were extremely happy that we chose KCR as our sales agent.

We are so thankful that we were recommended Mrs. Cannon to help us sell our house and find a new one in the market. The first thing she did was help us organize our house for tours which attracted and more and more people to our house. She advertised our old house and we had many perspective buyers and impressively sold our house the weekend it hit the market. We could not have asked for a better Real Estate agent.

From our first meeting we knew this was the Realtor we wanted to go with. We had expert help all through the process, KAREN CANNON has an amazing team and found them all most helpful. We had great traffic through the house and sold quickly. This company has tremendous resources and I highly recommend anyone considering selling their hone to go with KAREN CCANNON.

Karen and her team were amazing to work with. Selling your home is such a stressful, anxiety-filled process but Karen and her team reduced our stress-level immensely. Karen knows exactly how to sell a house and she has someone on her team to help you along with every step of the way. Not only does she have a great team working alongside her, but Karen is heavily involved as well and is super accessible. I honestly wonder how she does it all but somehow she does and she does an amazing job at it. Would hands down recommend Karen to anyone and we will certainly use her again when the need arises. Thank you Karen & team!!

My husband and I can’t say enough good things about Karen Cannon Realtors. We listed our townhouse in Sandy Springs and received a full price offer in just over a week. The Karen Cannon team all deserve praise. The KCR Team is highly professional, very talented and extremely organized as they managed every detail of our home sale. If you need anything, they are there to make sure you have it. KCR has staff to handle every part of your sale so nothing falls through the cracks. We couldn’t be happier with the results!

If you are starting your search for a realtor to represent your home, I can highly recommend Karen Cannon Realtors based on my recent experience in the sale of my 6 bed/5 bath home in Dunwoody. I, like you, had very high expectations. What I experienced…. Karen’s team will place your home on-line with great photography, 3D tours..your home will look gorgeous. Offers, negotiations, inspections…they have expertise in each area so that both sides can expeditiously and fairly move forward. I really don’t think there is another agent in the Dunwoody market who has the whole team with expertise in ALL of the touch points of selling your home. They are top notch in results and professionalism. In my opinion a great partner for you.

Karen Cannon and team were the best. Our first meeting with Karen allowed us to immediately gain confidence in her approach and commitment to selling our home. She was honest and transparent with us at all times – not just telling us what we wanted to hear but sharing her perspective and professional knowledge and experience. Preparing for listing, staging, photography (3-D tour is a plus), and coordinating showings was handled by her team with professionalism and care. During a very stressful time she showed understanding and commitment to completing the sale. After accepting an offer her team of professionals coordinated agreed work for agreed upon items for her roster of professionals wanting to work with her. I would highly recommend Karen Cannon Realty for your next home sale and purchase.

Karen Cannon and her excellent agency team are simply the most professional and results oriented real estate agency I have encountered during 38 years of home ownership.

Their professional expertise has served our family well during three family real estate transactions in the Dunwoody/Sandy Springs area. The first interaction was in 2005 when Karen provide me with superb guidance and service as the purchasing agent for a Dunwoody home. In 2009 we again engaged Karen and the agency to list and sell a family home in Sandy Springs, again with impeccable results.

Fast forward to 2016 and my decision to list the Dunwoody property I purchased in 2005. I placed a single call to Karen Cannon. Karen and her agency team offered excellent counsel and advice throughout the listing, marketing (including staging, photography, and videography), and closing processes. Karen’s results were outstanding as the home was under contract within a week.

I believe Karen Cannon & Company are simply the best and most professional agency in the business. Therefore I am happy to recommend them without qualification to anyone who wishes to buy or to list a home in the greater Perimeter North area. Call Karen Cannon if excellent service and better than anticipated results are important to you.
