We’ve used Karen Cannon for multiple sales and a purchase. We continue to use her because she is incredibly buttoned up when it came to positioning our house for sale and knowing the marketplace. Her use of a pre-inspection and house stager were invaluable to our sale of our last house. We were under contract within 2 weeks and that was in April of 2008, not the strongest marketplace for real estate.

When it came to purchase, Karen was very patient and helpful in finding the right house for us. We enjoyed her incredible knowledge of the areas we were looking at including school districts and neighborhoods. Her online service customizes pre-selected deliverables was incredibly convenient to find newly listed houses on the market to pre screen. We couldn’t be happier in our current home.
