As a realtor from another state I knew how important it was to find a realtor who knew the area well and was a heavy listing agent in this competitive market. We found that in Karen and her whole team. She has the inside info on houses coming out on the market and in a market where houses are under contract on the first day on the market that it is crucial. We looked for quite some time because we had specific needs and Karen never lost patience with us and we ended up with the perfect house for us. Some buyers are afraid of the “team” concept when it comes to realtors but you get the best service this way. If ever we wanted to see a new listing ASAP and Karen was showing properties to someone else, there was never a “I can’t” there was always “someone there to show it” and Karen always followed up right after. Her husband Anderson, handles the home inspection phase and is very knowledgeable and great to work with as well. Her other team members were awesome as well. I can’t recommend them enough.

When we decided that we would concentrate our home search on Dunwoody, there was no question that we would select Karen and Anderson to represent us as buyers agents. Their knowledge of the neighborhoods and house values is unequaled. In fact, Karen wouldn’t even let us tour a house that she felt was overpriced – even though it was in our price range! We so appreciated her looking out for our best interests by not letting us overpay for a house that didn’t warrant a premium. As it turns out, we bought that house, but only after the price dropped and Karen negotiated a fair price considering the age and condition of the home. We’ve been very happy in this house for the last 6 years!
