We moved from out of state to Atlanta at the height of the most competitive real estate markets in recent history. Due to being out of state, we had to rely on our realtor more than ever. Houses in Atlanta were difficult to find and even more difficult to win, if we were even able to get an offer submitted. When we started our search, we originally had a different agent than Sabrina. I knew that getting a good agent was important, but had no idea how much of a difference it could make until we found Sabrina. Our first agent was somewhat helpful, but we were having a hard time even getting a chance to see houses or make offers. Eventually we switched to Sabrina and she made such a difference in our home search. From the very beginning Sabrina was quick to help us figure out what things were important to us while simultaneously identifying several areas for us to start looking in. She was very receptive to our needs and was always available to answer questions about any neighborhoods. If there was a neighborhood that Sabrina wasn’t familiar with, she had already driven through it before we even had questions. Once we identified some areas to consider, Sabrina was quick to identify possible houses on the market and coming soon. She also did several video walk throughs when we were not able to get in town to look at the house. On several occasions, Sabrina got into houses to do video walkthroughs when there were no more showings available. With each house, Sabrina was quick to explain what it might take to submit a winning offer when we were against such extreme competition. She made sure we were prepared to compete with the best. Ultimately, Sabrina helped us find the perfect house for our family in a great area. She helped us beat a multitude of other offers on a house that had 50 showings in 48 hours. It was Sabrina’s knowledge, guidance, and hustle that made all the difference.

Andrew Dennis is fantastic - the all around most helpful realtor ever! The combination of Andrew and Karen Cannon Realtors led to my best ever home selling experience. If you are listing a home in the greater Dunwoody area, call them first. The whole process was highly professional - from all the prep-coaching to the sturdy and attractive yard sign to the supporting listing/materials. Andrew really stood out in his friendly willingness to assist with logistics, such as identifying a move out cleaner or finding a last minute home for an air hockey table and bedroom set the buyers did not want. That's usual - and as I had already moved out of town - really helpful. Highly recommend!
