Karen is a go getter and focused on the end goal. If you hire her to sell or to buy she will ensure that happens. With any deals/negotiations you as a seller/buyer should also be ready to be flexible. If you do, she will make things move. In our case we had a number that was in our mind however the market didn’t bear that number. Karen worked with us and the buyers agent to ensure we all gave in a bit to close the deal. The key with Karen is she will ensure things move and close quickly.
