We recently bought and sold our homes with Karen and it was the absolute best experience. We had some challenging moments, but were so glad we had Karen and her team to overcome obstacles and get the deals done. Truly a professional experience from start to finish, we cannot recommend her enough. This is THE team to help you buy or sell your home. Thank you for all of your hard work!

My experience with the entire team at Karen Cannon, including my agent Guy Goosen, was outstanding. Throughout the process their professional advice and counsel on positioning the property for an effective sale clearly paid off as we had a signed contract with a highly qualified buyer within 45 days of the listing. And then Beth Neal and her closing team made that a very easy process. Thanks to all at KCR. I think the agency of choice in Dunwoody!

We’ve always believed that the best realtor to sell your home is the one who knows your neighborhood best—specifically, the one who consistently gets results right where you live. For us, that was clearly Karen Cannon. Over the three years leading up to our sale, we watched her successfully list and sell numerous homes in our Dunwoody neighborhood—including several that had previously sat on the market for many months with other agents, unsold.

When we met with Karen and her assistant, Katie, we were immediately impressed by their professionalism and in-depth knowledge of the Dunwoody market. Karen confidently assessed our home as “turn-key” and recommended listing at $750,000, predicting strong interest and multiple offers within the first week. However, by the time we were ready to go live, a few new competing listings had popped up, and we collectively decided to adjust our list price to $745,000.

Having experience buying, selling, and flipping homes, we were very familiar with the selling process. Our home went under contract in just 5 days, which was great. But being an older home—as is common in Dunwoody—we anticipated some inspection findings and a reasonable negotiation on repairs. What we didn’t expect was one of the most exhaustive inspections we’ve ever seen: sewer lines scoped with cameras, an aggressive $12,000 fireplace repair claim, and ultimately, a request for roughly $50,000 in concessions from the buyer.

At that point, we were ready to walk. But Karen skillfully stepped in and negotiated the concessions down to about $32,000—an amount we were comfortable with to move forward. Throughout the entire process, even when we were stressed and likely not the easiest clients to deal with, Karen remained composed, professional, and committed to helping us close successfully.

If you’re selling a home in Dunwoody, especially an older one, Karen Cannon is the realtor you want by your side. She knows the market, gets results, and brings a level of experience and professionalism that truly makes a difference.

We had the absolute best experience working with Katie Jones and the entire team at Karen Cannon Realtors. From the moment we connected with Katie, we knew we were in good hands. She not only helped us find our dream home, she helped us realize what we were actually looking for in a home in the first place.

Katie went above and beyond throughout the entire process, making sure we felt informed, confident, and cared for at every step. Her professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine heart made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and even fun. And the support from the Karen Cannon team was seamless.. everything from scheduling to closing was handled with expertise and grace.

Thanks to Katie and the KCR team, we’re now settling into a home we truly love and we honestly feel like we’ve gained a friend in the process. We can’t recommend Katie or Karen Cannon Realtors highly enough. If you’re buying or selling, this is the team you want in your corner!

Working with Karen Cannon Realtors and her entire team was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. From start to finish, they were professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and incredibly supportive. Every single person I interacted with went above and beyond — it never felt like just a transaction, it felt like I had a full team of trusted partners guiding me every step of the way.

Their attention to detail, constant communication, and genuine care made what could have been a stressful process smooth and even enjoyable. I always felt heard, understood, and 100% confident that I was in good hands.

If you’re looking for a team that treats you like family and delivers results, look no further. I can’t recommend them enough — they are simply amazing!

We recently worked with Sabrina to sell our home, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. This was our third time buying or selling a home, so we knew how important it is to have the right realtor by your side. Sabrina exceeded our expectations every step of the way. She made the entire selling process smooth and much less stressful by keeping us informed and guiding us through every step. Absolutely the best. Sabrina is very professional and knowledgeable. Always willing to do what it takes for her client. She is a wonderful person and gives great advice to help achieve the goals of her client. Any question asked will be answered and if needed researched to provide the best possible outcome. My property had been on the market for 2 years with no offers and even very few showings. Sabrina put in the work to get it seen and sold within 6 months with valuable advice on staging, pricing, marketing and response. I would recommend her without reservation to represent you to sell your property.
