Karen was the fourth agent we interviewed when preparing to sell our Dunwoody home. We narrowed the choice to two agents and ultimately selected Karen because she came highly recommended, has an outstanding reputation among our neighbors, and demonstrated a noticeably stronger marketing approach than the other agents we considered.

That decision proved invaluable. Two of the earlier agents, both affiliated with large online real-estate firms, suggested comparable values that were up to $300,000 below our eventual sale price. Our home was a 1968 “Dunwoody Original,” carefully restored to preserve its Colonial curb appeal while being fully renovated from top to bottom. It featured the modern upgrades buyers expect, including an open-concept layout, new electrical and plumbing, a new driveway, and a pool.

Within the first 24 hours of listing, we received the kind of offer Karen said she could count on one hand from her entire career. Of course, timing and a little luck played a role, but Karen’s pricing, positioning, marketing, and guidance put us in the best possible position to capitalize on it.

We were also fortunate to sell to a wonderful family, and four months later we still keep in touch by text. It was especially meaningful to learn that one of our former neighbors received Karen’s marketing materials featuring our home, an affirmation of how beautifully she presented it.
