Paige Holliman was wonderful to work with! Not only is she incredibly knowledgeable about the area, but she was also lightning quick to show us houses as they came on the market. Anyone trying to buy a home in Dunwoody knows that it's not uncommon for a house to get multiple offers on the same day it's listed. This was our first home buying experience and Paige did a great job to help us navigate all the steps and strategize how to go in with a strong offer in competitive situations. We were very impressed and appreciative of her negotiation skills and high level of professionalism through out the whole process. We love our new home and neighborhood. Both my husband and I highly recommend Paige.

Karen Cannon has worked very hard for us and has now helped us buy 2 houses and sell 1 house. All 3 of these transactions were met with very unusual and challenging situations and she was a master at navigating through them to very successful conclusions. The most recent sale was, by far, the craziest situation we have ever seen in our buying & selling of houses (previous to these 3 transactions, we've bought/sold 4 other houses). The combination of an incompetent, uncommunicative agent and an inconsiderate buyer led to the contract they had on our house being both extended and ignored several times. This had a domino effect on the sellers of the house we were buying and the sellers of the house that our sellers were buying (literally, 3 houses were packed and ready to move with lots of money on the line). After weeks and weeks of lack of communication and consideration, our buyers finally defaulted. We thought we were going to have to unpack our house and let the family down who was selling their home to us. But we had Karen... I can only say it this way... she pulled a rabbit out of her hat, somehow generated renewed interest in our house, showed our now un-staged, packed up house 4 times over a weekend, ended up with 2 offers, 1 being a cash offer with a quick closing. Due to the domino effect, she literally saved 3 deals. That's 3 families with lots of money on the line and time spent. This was not luck; she worked her tail off. She kept lines of communication open between lenders, sellers, buyers, agents and attorneys and was in direct communication with everyone.
And just to emphasize the working-her-tail-off point, prior to this, we needed to buy a house for a cross-country move in the Spring of 2020 (Covid shut-down time). I remember her walking through the woods behind our house in the rain on FaceTime showing me the property. Due to her bending over backwards to show us houses via FaceTime, we put a contract on a house sight-unseen and it was one of the easiest and stress-free Real Estate transactions we've ever had. And it is a great house; that's how she described it to us back in 2020 and it has lived to up to that.
Karen is truly the best.

Andrew is skilled at sharing information and considerations about areas in a low pressure way. In the moment, it felt like an easy conversation, but later on we realized he was giving great advice. In a competitive market, it would have been easy for us to make compromises, but Andrew helped us keep our composure and think long term about our investment. When it came time to put in an offer, he was really quick and organized. He's a great guy and we're happy to have met him.
