We hired Karen to sell our house in The Branches. She provided great advice about pricing — striking a balance between obtaining the maximum selling price and pricing it to sell quickly. We had a steady stream of potential buyers come to see the house. We were under contract within a week and the closing was as scheduled. Karen and Anderson were on top of all the details on issues from the inspection to repairs to getting all of the documents in order for the closing.

We enjoyed Karen’s enthusiasm with the sale of our house and her eye for identifying the perfect buyer for our house when he toured and not letting him get away was instrumental in a quick sale!

We cannot praise you enough or thank you enough. You did such a great job selling our home… and so quick too!

From your best in class signage to your experience and knowledge of the Dunwoody area to your negotiating skills… you were flawless.

Choosing Karen Cannon Realtors to market my home was one of the best decisions that I have ever made. I am not easy to please. As an Atlanta native, who has practiced real estate law in Atlanta for almost four decades, I have worked with many real estate brokers and agents. Robin and Karen were wonderful: professional, knowledgeable, tactful and diplomatic, but firm and assertive when need be.

They understand what it takes to sell a home in today’s difficult market environment. They offer an unbeatable combination of high tech and low tech: they get maximum use of the Web and provide regular activity feedback, but they also can arrange pre-inspection or appraisal and necessary repairs and staging.

In short, they take care of their clients from start to finish and understand that they are representing an important client and not merely listing a house for sale. I am glad to have this opportunity to recommend them without reservation.

Dear Anderson and Karen:

It has been over 2 years since you helped us find our first home as a newlywed couple and as we are beginning another home project, the kitchen, being the largest project yet, we reflected on those many long days of driving around searching for our home and wanted to take the time to thank you.

Our home has been a labor of love for sure, but we are very happy with our choice and can’t thank you enough for all your hard work and effort. We had to be one of your most challenging clients, viewing over 60 homes, trying to get it accomplished before we were married and working with a couple that had different expectations on what kind of home they wanted.

All that being said, your patience was unbelievable, your knowledge of the market and knowledge of home construction was amazing; your experience with agents, inspectors and mortgage brokers was priceless and most important your friendship became invaluable.

Finding a home is one of the most important ventures of ones life and we are both grateful to you for all of the above and your honesty, integrity and humor. Those long, very frustrating days always ended with humor and faith that we knew you would bring us to our dream!!

Thank you for being the perfect real estate company for us and we look forward to working with you again in the future.

I recently worked with Karen Cannon Realtors to purchase my first home. As a first-time home buyer, I was unsure of the process and a little nervous about making such a huge investment. They were extremely responsive and answered all of my questions. They made an effort to get to know me and to fully understand what I was looking for in my first home. They used this knowledge to carefully pick out properties for us to look at which ultimately led to me finding my dream home. In fact, they even checked on me several times to see how I am doing since we closed on my new home. For anyone looking to buy his or her first home, I fully recommend Karen Cannon Realtors to help you in this journey.

My wife and I hired Karen Cannon Realtors as our realtor to purchase a house in Dunwoody. They were hard workers who were always responsive and accessible to us. They made good suggestions after LISTENING to what my wife and I wanted. They focused on what was best for us. My wife and I bid on a house we loved and, unfortunately, we were outbid. When that bid was not accepted, we got back to work looking for other properties the next morning. They also suggested making a backup/secondary offer on the house we loved.

I did not see much point in making that offer but followed their advice. I am glad we did! The first deal fell through. My wife and I ended up purchasing a house we both love for a price equal to our initial bid on the house. That bid was slightly less than what we would have offered, and the deal went through. Not only did they give that advice and follow through, they worked hard to help us resolve all the “nitty gritty” after inspection. There were no big issues, and our sellers were honest and above board. At the same time, there were a few issues which had to be examined and resolved. They were at the house, when necessary, to meet with me, my wife, or a subcontractor and allow the deal to get closed in a way that was satisfactory to all parties.

My wife and I found Karen Cannon Realtors to be honest, hard working and knowledgeable. If you want those attributes in your broker, they are your choice.

I will also add that in dealing with Karen Cannon personally, and with other employees of the company, everyone was friendly, responsive and intelligent. When I first called the company after being referred to her by a friend, Karen answered personally and immediately made time to discuss our situation and desires in detail. Karen referred us to agent within the company. The professionalism and work ethic I saw in every employee starts at the top with Karen Cannon.

I couldn’t be happier with Karen Cannon Realtors than I was! I felt like we connected on our first meeting when I selected them over several others. She was most helpful, pleasant, professional, kindly aggressive and perfect in every way! I would strongly recommend her to anyone desiring to sell a home just as she did for me! Thank you, KCR!!!

We had a fantastic experience with Karen Cannon Realtors as a buyer’s agent. This was our first home purchase and we appreciated that they were on top of every detail, even beyond closing! They went the extra mile to preview homes for us and made themselves available whenever we needed them, day or night.

Our experience with Karen Cannon has been very pleasant and helpful. My husband and I moved moved here from Florida and knew very little about the area. She was very knowledgeable and accommodating with our home search!

I was selling my mother’s home in Atlanta while residing in Florida. I needed a Real Estate Agent who I could trust and who would go above and beyond to sell my home. I chose Karen Cannon Realtors and they were all of those things and more! They were always available for questions, kept me informed every step of the way and took care of every detail. Any time I needed them present at the home in my absence they were there. Starting with our initial meeting through closing they were professional, hard working and represented my interests like they were her own. I would highly recommend Karen Cannon Realtors to any seller or buyer in the Atlanta area. They are the best!
