Sabrina Sargent
Sabrina Sargent has been helping families buy and sell homes for over 27 years, and her passion for real estate is personal. One of her earliest memories is moving into her family’s new home and feeling the pure joy it brought them all. That moment sparked a lifelong belief in homeownership, not just as a milestone, but as one of the smartest ways to build long-term wealth.
Before real estate, Sabrina worked in corporate operations for Bridgestone/Precept’s Golf Tour division, traveling to major tournaments and working directly with professional golfers. That experience behind the scenes with builders gave her a rare edge: a deep understanding of new construction and quality craftsmanship that she now brings to every client, whether they’re buying new or working with an existing home.
Sabrina was born and raised in DeKalb County and spent 22 years in Henry County before moving to Dunwoody after getting married. Coming back to North Atlanta felt like a full-circle moment, and she loves calling this community home.
Her specialty is bridging the gap between new construction expertise and full-service residential care, guiding buyers and sellers through every phase so they feel confident, protected, and fully informed. As she puts it, “For me, real estate is about service and problem-solving: guiding people through one of the biggest moves of their lives with care, clarity, and solutions that give them total peace of mind.”
Sabrina holds her Associate Broker’s License and an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) certification. She’s known among her clients as a true advocate who listens deeply, works tirelessly on their behalf, and brings warm, steady guidance to every step of the journey.
Outside of work, Sabrina is newly married and a proud mom of four: a high school senior at Capstone Academy, a sophomore at Georgia State, a junior at UGA, and a grown son living on St. Simons Island. She and her husband are members of Dunwoody Country Club and attend Dunwoody Baptist Church. You’ll often find her on the tennis court or painting abstract art, and she and her husband recently celebrated their honeymoon in Tahiti. A fun fact: Sabrina lived in Tokyo for four years in her twenties, where she attended Temple University Japan.
